General Terms and Conditions
for the Nepeta online store
effective from 24 January 2026

1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer arising from purchase agreements concluded through the online store at https://www.nepeta.cz/.

1.2. Seller: Ing. Lucia Brzáková, Company ID No.: 73153346, registered office/place of business: Mládežnická 1310, 373 16 Dobrá Voda u Českých Budějovic, Czech Republic, e-mail: info@nepeta.cz, telephone: +420 773 050 277 (hereinafter the “Seller”).

1.3. The Buyer may be either a consumer or a business customer. The provisions concerning the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days and certain other rights apply only to consumers.

2. Information About Goods and Prices

2.1. Information about the goods, including prices and their main characteristics, is provided on the individual product pages in the online store.

2.2. Prices are stated inclusive of VAT and all fees, except for delivery and payment costs, which are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is submitted.

3. Orders and Conclusion of the Agreement

3.1. The Buyer places an order by completing the order form in the online store.

3.2. Before submitting the order, the Buyer is given the opportunity to review and amend the information entered.

3.3. The purchase agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order, usually by e-mail.

3.4. The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order, particularly in the event of an obvious technical pricing error or if the goods are out of stock. In such a case, the Seller will contact the Buyer without undue delay.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. The Buyer may pay the price of the goods and any delivery-related costs using the following methods:

  • online by payment card,
  • by bank transfer,
  • cash on delivery.

4.2. In the case of a cashless payment, the purchase price is payable within 7 days of the conclusion of the agreement.

4.3. Discounts may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. The delivery methods and their prices are listed on the Shipping and payment page: Packeta / Z-BOX pick-up point, delivery to your address, Packeta pick-up point in Slovakia and personal collection.

5.2. The usual delivery time is 2 business days from confirmation of the order, or from receipt of payment where advance payment is required.

5.3. Delivery costs and any cash-on-delivery charges are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is submitted.

5.4. Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer should check that the packaging is undamaged. In the event of damage, the Buyer should complete a damage report with the carrier and may refuse to accept the shipment.

6. Withdrawal from the Agreement by Consumers

6.1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

6.2. To withdraw from the agreement, the consumer may use one of the following:

  • a) Electronically through the customer account by clicking the withdrawal button in the order detail.
  • b) An unequivocal statement sent by e-mail to info@nepeta.cz or by post to Mládežnická 1310, 373 16 Dobrá Voda u Českých Budějovic, Czech Republic.

6.3. The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the agreement, to the following address: Mládežnická 1310, 373 16 Dobrá Voda u Českých Budějovic, Czech Republic.

6.4. The Seller will refund all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive delivery method offered, no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been dispatched.

6.5. The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

7. Rights Arising from Defective Performance and Complaints

7.1. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt by the Buyer.

7.2. The Buyer may exercise rights arising from defective performance by contacting the Seller at info@nepeta.cz or at the following address: Mládežnická 1310, 373 16 Dobrá Voda u Českých Budějovic, Czech Republic. The procedure is described on the Returns and complaints page.

7.3. The Buyer must return the goods subject to the complaint in a clean condition, suitably packaged and accompanied by a description of the defect and, preferably, proof of purchase or the order number.

7.4. A consumer complaint will be processed within the statutory time limit. The Seller will provide confirmation of receipt of the complaint and of the manner in which it has been resolved.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1. Information concerning the processing of personal data is provided in a separate document: Privacy Policy.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes

9.1. In the event of a dispute between the Seller and a consumer that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, www.coi.cz. A proposal may also be submitted via adr.coi.cz.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the purchase agreement concluded through the online store.

10.2. The Seller may amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions. Agreements already concluded remain governed by the version effective at the time the order was placed.

10.3. These Terms and Conditions take effect on 24 January 2026.
