Dispatched within 24 hours
All products shown as in stock in the online store are ready to be dispatched. I therefore aim to hand your order over to the carrier within 24 hours at the latest, and quite often it leaves even sooner.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive delivery updates by e-mail. If anything unexpected happens with your order, I will contact you.
Packed the way I would want to receive it myself
Nepeta toys are light and soft, but their most important “cargo” is their scent. That is why I pack every order carefully, so the products stay protected during transport and retain their aroma as well as possible.
And because I try to run Nepeta responsibly and with respect for the environment, I do not add unnecessary layers of packaging simply to make the parcel look bigger.
We also deliver to Slovakia
I also send orders to customers in Slovakia through Packeta pick-up points. The price and the available delivery options are always shown in the shopping cart.

I trust that most parcels arrive exactly as they should. But if a parcel arrives damaged, does not move for a long time or anything about the delivery worries you, write to me or call. I will look into it and help you resolve the situation.
